Just to start things off, I'm so excited to receive anything on this list, and I'm so excited that someone sighed up to offer them! In general, I'm incredibly easy-going as to what I like, and while the collections of tags for these requests do tend to form at least one umbrella theme, I'm absolutely happy with any one on its own in a different context.
In going through and coming up with more umbrella situations, I ended up leaving out possibilities for things like AUs - I normally love AUs, but for an exchange like this, I'd like to ask no full AUs - i.e. canon divergence, alternate events, or AUs that fit within the canon setting are fine, but no space opera or dragon rider or high school AUs, please. That said, if a specific AU really calls to you to write, this isn't a hard DNW, so ODAO. Also road trips are always okay. Always.

General things I love about this dynamic: loyalty, Mash's protectiveness/concern, the protagonist's bringing out some of Mash's less demure side, the dynamic of coworkers/comrades in arms, servant/master, and senpai/kouhai all in one. I love that Mash would be the senpai in most scenarios - knowing more about Chaldea and being their longer, but it gets flipped because she's been at Chaldea for so lng and so naive to the outside world. I love the protagonist showing her new thins, through teasing or explanation, and I love how devoted Mash is to the protagonist and how that tends to bring out her more intense side.
Character thinks they're duty-bound to have sex feeds into the general fate system of mana transfer, and with the Demi-servant thing being new ground, maybe Mash is unsure whether or not feelings are actually involved or if sex is just business as usual and she's the only one with feelings (but please don't actually make it unrequited).
Getting off on how much your partner trusts you is more for Mash actually having someone in her life who relies on and trusts her as much as she relies on and trusts the protagonist.
Most of the others involve Mash getting to have a nice day - their lives are so fraught with saving the world and other Chaldea nonsense that the protagonist and Mash deserve some downtime or letting Mash know how much she's worth or showing her the joys of sex, as she is relatively inexperienced (especially if we take the Riyo characterization of the protagonist into account).

Both of them love humanity and want to guide it to salvation but in such disparate ways and I can't help but love it. Mostly in that Dantes gets fare more worked up than Shirou, but both of their commitment and passions run deep and that is really interesting pitted against each other.
Amputation and prosthetics kink is for Shirou's arm, summoning a demon and fucking it would be slightly AU in any way you'd like to twist it, but Dantes as the demon, either literally or in title. Religion kink could tie into just Shirou, or Dantes' guilt/memories of his mentor in Chateau d'If. Tentacle cock refers more to the shadow manipulations Dantes can do.

Nothing gets me more about the Fate universe than a servant and master pair who just work, together. Either matched in ideals, goals, disposition, or teaching the other and helping their growth as things go along, I'm there for it. So the combination of Semiramis and Shirou was just like catnip to me. They seem like an unexpected match, but their dedication to each other - Shirou to going so far to get the right catalyst to make sure he got her, Semiramis to being in on Shirou's intentions and even staying with him after the truth of the Third Magic was revealed was just catnip to me. That he was the first to want her for her and even though he was the master in the situation, that she was an equal and he acquiesced to her was just. So good.
As with previous, sex magic refers more to the general fate mana transfer system, but sex rituals related to monarchy could go back to something Semiramis came up with specifically.
The loyalty kink goes both ways, but I'd like Shirou to be the one kneeling.
Shame in sexual desires ties to Shirou having thrown things like hatred and jealousy and desire away for the sake of humanity's salvation.

I’ll also admit to being really into the bloodplay possibilities of Antari magic - the Danes drinking Holland’s blood in front of Kell was what catapulted me to Twitter to start to recruit friends to read the book. What if Kell had accepted the glass? Or if Athos hadn’t offered him anything else? What if they’d forced Holland to stay and watch while Kell drank it? Does Antari blood have a certain allure/affect on other Antari? The compulsive brand on Holland is also really alluring and I am very okay with him being coerced into doing things he normally wouldn’t do in regards to Kell.
